1. What if I forget my login password?
If you forget your login password, you can retrieve your password through registered phone number or email in the login page. For your asset security, you cannot withdraw within 24 hours after changing your password.
2. What if I lost my phone number or email address?
Our Platform does not support the function of changing phone number and email address for the security of your account and assets. If you lost your phone number or email address, please submit a ticket on Bitmesh Platform. (Real-name authentication materials and records of deposit and withdrawal are required)
3. What if my Google Authenticator /Authy is lost?
If your Google Authenticator /Authy is lost, you can change the setting in Security Settings page. (You are required to pass the SMS/email authentication and the original 2FA code will be invalid after resetting.)
