Dear BitMesh Users:
Recently, a small number of users have directly withdraw BEAM from the mining pool to BitMesh but have not yet arrived, but the mining pool reflects that they have deleted the transfer record, So we can't check the user's transfer record. Therefor, for your asset security, please never withdraw beam from the mining pool to BitMesh directly, otherwise we will not be responsible for the loss of assets.
Reasons
- Deposit to the old address of BitMesh (BitMesh has upgraded BEAM wallet, please all users use the latest address to deposit)
- User-supplied deposit data is inconsistent with system record (such as deposit amount, deposit address, Kernel ID, etc.)
- The mining pool can't provide the transfer record (BitMesh can't check due to the anonymity of BEAM protocol)
Solution
For the safety of your assets, please
- Deposit to the latest address (BEAM address on the BEAM deposit page has been updated)
- Do not withdraw BEAM directly from the mining pool to BitMesh ( Withdraw BEAM to your BEAM wallet firstly, and then deposit to your BitMesh account )
