This agreement is entered into by BitMesh LTD (hereinafter referred to as "BitMesh" or "we") and users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users).
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not entitled to download, install or use this software and related services. Your use of this software is deemed to be a constraint that you have read and agree to this agreement.
1. Services provided
We strongly recommend that you learn the basics of digital assets and Grin before using Grin Purse, and then use Grin Purse when you are familiar with Grin assets and transfer principles. At the same time, please note that BitMesh does not save any of your information and cannot complete any operation instead of you. All its information saved locally by the user, please be sure to back up your mnemonic words and wallet files.
Create or import wallet
You can create or import a wallet using Grin Purse (try to operate in an offline environment), a fixed number of mnemonic words will be generated for you when creating the wallet (compatible with the official wallet ), please be sure to back up your mnemonic words, and revealing the mnemonic words may cause all your asset losses;
At the same time, you need to set a password to protect your wallet, which you need to verify when you send a transaction. If you forget your password, restore your wallet and reset your password by importing a backed up mnemonic.
We redefine the receive address of Grin, using address formats similar to bitcoin, you can send your receive address of Grin Purse to any user who supports that wallet.
At the same time, the Grin blockchain agreement requires both sending and receiving parties to be online at the same time when transferring money, so when you receive Grin using Grin Purse, be sure to keep your wallet online.
You can use Grin Purse to send Grin to all the wallets we support (you can view the instructions of the page sent by Grin Purse ), please know the properties of Grin blockchain system transaction "anonymous" and "non-Cancelled After Signature". we cannot suspend or cancel the sending transaction for you, and password confirmation is required when sending.
You can back up your wallet file via Grin Purse, which contains all your transaction records.
2. Services not provided
Grin Purse does not provide the following services: store the user's wallet password and mnemonic words; retrieve the user's wallet password and mnemonic words; freeze the wallet; report lost wallet; transaction rollback, etc.
If you have deleted your Grin Purse wallet file and have not backed up or lost the mnemonic words that have been backed up, you acknowledge and agree, your Grin asset related to this wallet will become inaccessible and we will not be able to restore your wallet or retrieve your wallet password, mnemonic words; BitMesh will not bear any loss you have caused as a result.
All signed sending transactions are irrevocable, such as the user's misoperation when sending (including but not limited to the wrong address and the wrong amount, etc ), BitMesh cannot cancel the transaction and will not bear any consequences of your misoperation.
If you do not understand the contents of the above paragraphs, we recommend that you learn more about encrypted digital currency and Grin before using Grin Purse.
3. Obligations and Responsibility of users
The user must be a natural person with full civil capacity. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you need to read and accept the Grin Purse service agreement and use Grin Purse under the guidance of your parents or guardians. If a person without civil capacity uses Grin Purse or a person who limits the capacity for civil conduct is used more than the scope of his civil rights or capacity for conduct, all consequences arising therefrom, BitMesh has the right to hold you and your parents or guardians responsible;
Responsible for the digital assets you have;
Keep your mnemonic words properly;
Use of Grin Purse in compliance with local laws and regulations
BitMesh is not responsible for the following situations:
Loss of digital assets caused by loss of wallet equipment, deletion and unbackup of Grin Purse, deletion and unbackup of wallet mnemonic words, theft or forgetting of wallet password, mnemonic words, by users;
Because the user leaks the wallet password, mnemonic words, or borrows, transfers, and authorizes others to use their wallet equipment, or the loss of digital assets caused by not downloading Grin Purse through official channels or using Grin Purse in other unsafe ways;
Loss of digital assets due to user misoperation (including but not limited to wrong transfer address and wrong amount;
The loss of digital assets caused by misoperation caused by users not understanding the nature of block chain technology;
Due to time lag and unstable block chain system, the user's transaction record on the block chain is biased;
Although the software has been beta tested and continues to be improved with feedback from users and communities, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors in the software, you acknowledge and accept that your use of the software is at your discretion and bear any consequences that may arise;
5. Intellectual property
BitMesh LTD is the intellectual property right holder of this software. All intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights and trade secrets of the software, and all information content related to this software (including but not limited to all brands, logos and trademarks of Grin Purse, this agreement, text, pictures, interface design, code, etc) the intellectual property of BitMesh is owned by BitMesh. Users can use Grin Purse only for the purpose of holding and managing digital assets. Without the prior written consent of BitMesh, no one may modify, reverse compile, copy, or issue the above applications and content without authorization.
You bear any risks associated with the use of this software and we reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time. For matters not covered by this agreement, you must comply with the announcement and relevant rules of the irregular update of BitMesh.
